ERRATA FOR WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION ANNUAL ASSESSMENT LETTER FOR (REPORT 05000482/2013001)
Dear Mr. Heflin:
This errata corrects errors that were in the original report. Please replace the first three pages of the letter dated March 4, 2014, with the enclosed pages. The purpose of the change is to correct the inadvertent omission of the discussion of the cross-cutting aspect theme in the human performance area of resources.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, its enclosure, and your response, if you choose to provide one, will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC's document system (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/readingrm/adams.html.
