Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced inspection by a regional-based inspector of work activities and records associated with the Unit 1 Restart Program, including: electrical and instrumentation documents, records, and installations associated with pressurizer heaters-emergency power (RM-16) and reactor trip-on turbine trip / loss of feedwater (RM-3B) modifications. The inspection involved 28 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC regional-based inspector.
