This refers to your letter dated December 24, 1981, in response to our letter dated November 12, 1981.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a future' inspection of your licensed program.
We have reviewed your comments regarding the transition from previously issued procedures (old) to different more recent procedures (new). The inspection report (paragraph 3.c(9)) explained that it was some user personnel that did not fully understand the transition.
Those that did not receive the new procedures which contained the explanatory note, especially were unaware of any changes with respect to their controlled copy of the old procedures.
Based on this information the example of inadequate control of procedures appears valid and remains as cited.
