Areas Inspected:
Included review of t1e Physical Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Site Orientation; Security Organization - (Management), (Personnel),
and (Response); Security Program Audit; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Physical Barriers - (Protected Areas); Physical Barriers - (Vital Areas); Security System Pcwer Supply; Lighting; Assessment Aids; Access Control - (Personnel), (Packages), and (Vehicles); Detection Aids -
(Protected Area); Detection Aids - (Vital Areas); Alarm Stations; Communications; Followup on items of noncompliance. The inspection involved 66 inspector-hours by two regional based NRC inspectors.
The inspection began during regular hours; 2 inspector hours were accomplished during off shift periods.
Results: The licensae was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 22 functional areas examined during the inspection.
