l 72866, the inspector observed that the receiviag checklist inspection

report indicated that the in:trument valves were "Not For N1, N2, or i
N3 Use".
The inspectur then reviewed the Met-Ed, Quality Control,

Accept Tag for this purchase order and ascertained that the Accept Tag

contained the same statement "Not For N1, N2, or N3 Use".

l The inspector examined the installation of this modification as described

in paragraph 2.b of this report and ascertained that three instrument valves from this purchase order were installed. Additionally, the.-
l latest approved-for-coustruction drawing, B-308-856, Revision IA-1

indicates that the classification of this installation is Nuclear

Class-N3.

The inspector examined other items of this purchase order and ascer-i tained that numerous other instrument valve Quality Control, Accept i
Tags contained "Not For N1, N2 or N3 Use".
