, Section Chief, Safeguards Branch Da'te Signed SUMMARY Inspection on February 4-7, 1979 Areas Inspected This routine unannounced off-shift inspection involved 21.5 inspector-hours onsite in the areas of access control (ID authorization and badging), access control (search), access control (personnel escorting), access control (vehicle escorting), alarm stations, physical barriers (protected area), and vital area access control.
Results Of the 7 areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance or deviations were identified in 6 areas; one apparent item of noncompliance wrs found in one area (Deficiency - failure to maintain positive control of access to containment during maintenance paragraph 11).
