CATION Please find attached the modifications to our current Data Point Library (OPL) listing as requested by your Mr. John Jolicoeur. The original completed DPL was transmitted to the NRC on March 17, 1992 as required by NUREG-1394 Revision 1 and the August 13, 1991, Final Rule published in the Federal Register.

Hr. Jolicoeur requested that additional information be included in the appropriate data point comments field as highlighted in the marked-up DPL attachments. in addition, several Unit 2 point 1.0.'s had sensor locations with Unit 1 plant tag numbers, therefore, these corrections are also included.

We are currently scheduled to perform the Factory Acceptance Testing with your integration contractor on September 1, 1992. This testing will involve the successful transmission of VEGP ERDS data from the Vogtle site to the Halliburton NUS facility. The final aspect of this project will establish an identical data-link from the Vogtle site to the NRC's Operations Center (Site Acceptance Testing or SAT). Currently, Halliburton NUS has stated that they cannot support our original commitment date of September 11, 1992 to perform the SAT. liowever, Georgia power Company will consider this commitment closed as of September 11, 1992 and will be ready to complete the SAT at your earliest convenience on or after the original commitment date.
