Station Unit 2 " Auxiliary Feedwater Steam Admission Valve Failed Open Due to a Ruptured Diaphragm ". Although the inadvertent operation of the Turbine Driven Auxiliary Feedwater Pump was a result of a single valve failure and did not result from an actuation signal, the subject events are being reported as an Engineered
- Safety Features (ESF) actuation because the Turbine Driven Auxiliary Feedwater Pump 1 operated, which was an ' unnecessary challenge' to ESF equipment. Additionally, this report satisfies the reporting criteria of 10CFR21.
