Dear Mr. Miller:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.74, this letter informs you of a change in status of one Boston Edison Company licensed operator. Mr. Paul E. Mastrangelo, NRC License No. SOP 2004-8, Docket No. 55-4124, effective January 1,1999, will be permanently reassigned to a non-licensed position within Boston Edison Company and will no longer participate in our ;
