Dear Mr. Kingsley:

Thank you for your response of June 11, 1997, to our Notice of Violation, issued

on May 12, 1997, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility. We

have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of {

10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions

during future inspections. We also note in your response that you have denied

Violation G (50 327,328/97 03 09). We are continuing to review this issue, and

you will be notified at a later date of our deliberations.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
