This is in response to your letter dated June 19, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F01A), copies of the following documents:

(1) Part II of General Electric's license application, dated May 14 and June 20, September 24, October 23, November 12, November 20, December 3, and December 19, 1984:

(2) Letters dated January 31, 1985, and February 7,1985, trom Mr. Stohr to G.E., referenced in Mr. Stohr's letter to Mr. Lees dated May 16, 1985, fourth par.,

Report No. 70-1113/85-02; (3) Letter from G.E. to Mr. Stohr, dated March 1, March 7, and April 5, 1985, referenced id. in paragraph (2), above; (4) Any letter from G.E. to Mr. Stohr responding to Mr. Stobr's letter of May 16, 1985, referenced in paragraoh 2, above.

We have been informed by the staff that the existing records requested in category one above are already publicly available in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC. You may obtain copies of the documents from the PDR by referring to the General Electric Docket No. 70-1113. The staff also informed us that there is no Part II in correlation with the referenced dates.

Enclosed is a notice which explains charges and procedures for obtaining documents from the PDR.

The search for and review of additional records subject to your F0IA request have not yet been completed. We will notify you upon completion of search and review.
