This is in response to your letter dated January 24, 1997, by which you submitted changes to your physical protection plan. Our review of the changes-has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).

Accordingly, the revisions to your physical protection plan are acceptable and your Materials License SNM-1227 will be updated in a future license amendment to reflect the current changes.
