Dear Mr. Maas:
In accordance with your application dated November 13,1998, and the additional information provided on December 15,1998, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal j
Regulations, Materials License SNM-1227 is hereby amended to allow the processing of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Lead Test Assembly fuel. Accordingly, Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the dates of November 13 and December 15,1998. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1227 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
