In accordance with your request dated January'21,1999 and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Reguistions, Materials License SNM-1227.is hereby amended to allow the storage of moderated special nuclear material in sea-land containers. Accordingly. Safety.
Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date of January 21,1999. All other conditions of.
this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1227 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
