BAII.EY Telephone: 207-798-4241 Report Month: November, 1994 NARRATIVE SUHHARY OP OPERATING EXPERIENCES On November 2, 1994, the unit was manually shutdown due to steam leak on cross-under pipe leading to C-HSR. The unit returned to 10 0 "r, on November 9, 1994.

On November 17, 1994, the unit was reduced to S5?, due to turbine driven feedpump, P-2C, lube oil system failure, and failure of motor driven feedpump P-2B to start and packing leak on FW-H-20 after removing P -- 2 C from service. The unit r e tu rn e tl to 100's on November 19, 1994.
