SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES At the beginning of the month, the unit was off-line to install safety relief valves on containment penetration component cooling lines.

The outage was extended due to control problem with the steam driven auxiliary feed pump P-25B and P-14A's SIAS relay wire was found missing.

Additional safeguard logic testing was also completed.

The unit came on-line September 2 and returned to 2440 HWTh on September 3.

On September 7, power was reduced to 871 to troubleshoot bearing water flow problems on circulating water pump P-26D.

The unit returned to 2440 MWTh on September 8.

On September 10, power was reduced to 80% to replace circulating water pump P-26D.

where it remained the rest of the month. The unit returned to 2440 MWTh on September 16,
