DAILY HIGHLIGHT DIABLO CANYON Diablo Canyon Unit I went critical early Sunday Mor.ning (12:07 am). The unit is currently in Operational . Mode 2 at less than 1 percent power. Zero power physics testsare being conducted. A small loss of RCS inventory (about 1 gpm) was noticed early Sunday morning. The cause was that a valve in the CVCS diverted fluid to the liquid hold up tank. After securing the valve the loss was tenninated. The licensee, in accordance with Tech.
