Dear Administrative Judges:
In accordance with the Board's Memorandum and Order (Order Requiring the Filing of Documents on Diskettes Suitable for Electronic Storage and Retrieval), dated May 22, 1987, enclosed is the NRC Staff's disk containing, in ASCII form, the Staff's testimony and draft proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. The three figures appended to the end of the Staff's testimony (Fishman) cannot be captured in ASCII. Consistent with the Board's Memorandum and Order (Hearing Schedule), dated April 9,1987, the disk is being delivered to the Board by hand this date.
Also in accordance with the Board's May 22, 1987 Memorandum and Order, enclosed are five formatted blank disks on which the Staff requests that the database compiled by the Board be provided to it using ZyINDEX.
