Attached is a~ copy of transcript pages 65 to 68~ of limited appearance statements taken Monday, June 15, 1987, just prior to hearings on the application to expand the spent fuel pools at Diablo Canyon. One of the 4 limited appearees, Jim McDennott, alleged in his statement that he was aware of a defective weld at Diablo Canyon which had been approved by
