A. The licensee will complete to the satisfactior. of NRC Region II, the fcilowing violation: Correct f ailure to audit vendors triennially (SL4, E5-09-01/QAS).

t B. The licensee will complete to the satisfaction of NRC Region II, the requirements of the following bulletins:

1. Pipe support base plate designs using concrete expansion anchor bolts (79-BU-02/MPS). .
2. Seismic analysis for as-built safety-related piping systems (79-BU-14/MPS).

C. The licensee will perform to the satisfaction of NRC Region II, the following inspector followup item:

1. Complete corrective actions for excessive spacing in charcoal absorber cells of Engineered Safety Feature air treatment systems (85-14-02/

/. IMEP).

2. Issue Reactor Internals Quality Release (85-63-01/DRP).

D. The licensee will resolve to the satisfaction of -NRC Region II, the following unresolved items:

Complete review of electrical interface between Units 1 and 2

E. The licensee will complete to the satisfaction of NRC Region II, the following:

1. The TMI related requirements for fuel loading (TI 2514/01, Rev. 2).
2. The preoperational test program required for fuel loading.
3. Implement corrective action relative to diesel generator "2B" bearing failures.
