Enclosed please find Revision 01 to ensee Event Report (LER) No. 92-019-00 for Seabrook Station. This submittal documet.o .he root cause and corrective actions that were identified by the North Atlantic evaluation that was ongoing at the' time of the LER 92-019 00 submittal. This event was identified on September 16, 1992, and was reported pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(ii)(B).

This submittal also reports a similar condition concerning the _ Wide Range Reactor Coolant Temperature Channels that was identified during the ongoing evaluation. This condition was determined to be to be reportable on December 10, 1992 and is being reported pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(ii)(B).
