3 containment isolation valves.

i 1.1.2 A quarterly check valve shut exercise test ofIA-1314 and IA-1324 instrument air to containment check valves.

i 1.2 Testing of 21A-3047 and 2IA-3048 also satisfies environmental qualification requirements.

f 2.0 PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

} 2.1 Minimize the time that the instrument air isolation valves are ~ shut to avoid a low l instrument air pressure condition in containment.

2.2 For the purpose of valve stroke testing, stroke time is the time it takes a valve to go from 4

full open to full shut or full shut to full open, by the control board indication. The j stopwatch should be started at the moment the control switch is actuated.

2.3 The procedure requires the use of a Level 2 Dedicated Operator in accordance with OM 3.26.
2.4 ' Instrument air header pressure should be monitored whenever sections of the air header j are being vented.
