3.0 PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS l t

3.1 - Locate the Volumetrics tester in an area which will limit personal exposure.  :

3.2 Do not allow liquids to enter the Volumetrics tester or damage may occur.

6.0 SEAT LEAK. AGE TEST OF 1SI-862A. 862G AND 864A 6.1 When drainage ceases at 1SI-D31, then shut ISI-862G and ISI-D31.

6.2 Open 1SI-V21 as a vent path for ISI-862G.

6.3 When drainage ceases at ISI-D11, then reinstall the 1/2" pipe plug at the eductor 2" suction line tee and shut ISI-D11.

6.4 Attach SA to the test connection for IPI-933A and pressurize slightly

(<10 psig) to blow water downstream of ISI-860A&B out the ISI-D24 drain connection.

6.5 When drainage ceases at ISI-D24, remove the SA connection from IPI-933A. Shut and cap the IPI-933A test connection.

6.6 Attach the Volumetrics test rig to ISI-869A.

6.7 Shut ISI-D24.

6.8 Verify valve alignment per Dwg. B-IVLT-54P.

l 6.9 Pressurize the system to 65 i f psig, then crack open ISI-D24 and verify no water on the seat ofISI-862A. Reshut ISI-D24 and cap.

6.10 Test the test volume per 01-58 and record data on the data sheet. .

6.11 If total system leakage is >l 500 secm, then quantify individual valve leakage as follows:

N 6.11.1 To measure ISI-862A leakage, connect an Omega rotameter at ISI-D11 and record flow.

7.2 Attach the Volumetrics test rig to the stem leak-off test connection of ISI-868A.

7.3 Open ISI-869A as a veut path.

7.4 Pressurize to 65 i f psig.

7.5 Open ISI-E68C and test per 01-58. Record test data on the data sheet.

i 7.6 When the test is complete, deprer. surae and disconnect the test rig.

7.8 Cap or plug the ISI-868A stem leak-off test connection. /

7.9 Shut and cap ISI-869A.

8.0 RESTORATION OF SPRAY SYSTEM. TRAIN "A" .

I NOTE: CL-7B willbeperformed as afinal verification ofsystem alignment for criticality.

8.1 Clear the ORT 59 red tag series and align the tagged components per the DSS.
