WO WORK PLAN Removal / Replacement of breakers lY-06-01 WO9612072 UNIT 1 February 27,1997 1.0 PURPOSE This WO work plan provides direction for the removal of breaker lY-06-01 and replacement with Westinghouse EIID 101515 amp breaker.
2.0 PRECAUTION AND LIMITATIONS
- 1. Turning gear will be required to be operated in manual.
- 2. Alarm and loss of filling capability will occur for the boiler day tank. Loss of ability to fill the Emergency Fuel Oil tank will occur.
- 3. Loss of Alarm for G01 and G02 tank alarms will occur.
- 4. Steam Generator Sample isolation will occur.

- 5. Local flow and remote alarm indication will be lost for CCW to the seal water HXs for RIIR pumps P-10A/B, Containment Spray pumps P-14A/B, and Hi llead SI pumps P-15A/B.
3.0 INITIAL CONDITIONS
- 1. Reactor is offline.
- 2. Verify loads listed in Return to service step 16 can be taken OOS.
- 3. Permission has been granted to remove / replace breakers 1Y-06-01.
- 4. P-10A/B room sump, CCW flow, IIeating boiler day tank alarm, Cont. fan cooler fans Lo flow Cont. sump A, Fuel oil storage tank Lo level, and G01& G02 diesel generator day tank level alarms may come in if not in alarm.

- 4. Use continuity checks to verify proper positioning of breaker contact on final cycle (closed, trip free, and open.
