INITIALS 4.0 PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS Transfer of radioactive liquids shall be in accordance with approved HP procedures and practices.

5.0 INITIAL CONDITIONS l

5.1 The reactor is in a refueling shutdown with fuel off-loaded.

5.2 2T-34A&B accumulator levels are 2.20% and the accumulators are depressurized.

5.3 Steam generators in wet layup with level high in the wide range at 500 10".

5.4 Steam generator hand hole and inspection port covers are installed.

5.5 Steam generator secondary manways and wet layup recire blank flange installed.

5.6 Equipment hatch is properly closed.

5.7 Safeguards signals are disabled per 'CP 10.1 5.8 Permission to Align for ILRT at Cold Shutdown Conditions The conditions required by this procedure are consistent with required plant conditions including equipment operability. Permission is granted to perform Section 6.0 in preparation for ILRT.

l 6.1 Unit 2 ILRT Prestaninn 6.1.1 SET up air dryer, after cooler and rented air compressor (including the air hose connections between the units and to the 3

service air connection at SA-12) per Figure 1 and the ILRT test j

engineer.

6.1.2 QUALIFY 2B-11 as electrical load for air dryer per MWP 133 Attachment B.

6.1.3 DANGER TAG 2PR-02 through 2PR-06 to prevent use of these electrical connections.

6.1.4 DANGER TAG 2B52-113ML and 2B52-113MR open to ensure no major loads are added to 2B-11.

6.1.5 CONNECT air dryer electrical service to receptacle 2PR-01 per test engineer (supplied by 2B-11 B52-113HR).

6.1.6 CONNECT the ILRT verification panel foi penetc.aions P31a, I

P31b, and P31c per Figure 2.

6.2 The following pressure test gauges, with appropriate fittings, are available:

NOTE:

Fittings required to installgauges upright.

6.2.1 0-150 psig for the IA system at IA-1316, the Appendix R containment IA blowdown connection.

6.2.2 Two 0-100 psig for the purge supply and exhaust system at 2VNPSE-1 and 2VNPSE-2.

6.2.3 Two 0-100 psig for the spray discharge headers at 2SI-D24 and 2SI-D-25.

Do not exceed 7000 scfm through the duplex airfilter.

6.6.5 OPERATE all rented ILRT service air compressors AND BLOWDOWN the service air header to containment. DO NOT raise containment pressure to >3 psig.

WilEN blowdown is complete (approximately 5 minutes) 6.6.6 TIIEN UNLOAD rented ILRT service air compressors.

6.6.7 SilUT rented ILRT service air compressor discharge valves.

6.6.8 WilEN rented ILRT service air compressors have been unloaded for 10 minutes, TIIEN SECURE rented ILRT service air compressors.

i 6.6.9 DISCONNECT the duplex air filter from the service air l

header in containment. The filter may be left in containment.

l 6.6.10 INSTALL ILRT depressurization valve, spoolpiece and hose to the flanged test connection located between 2SA-15 and 2SA-17, and the PAB Exhaust duct as follows:

a. SilUT 2SA-15 and 2SA-17.
b. UNCAP AND crack OPEN 2SA-16 to bleed down the service air header on the containment side of 2SA-15.

REMOVE the blind flange from the test connection.

c.

d. INSTALL the ILRT depressurization valve and spoolpiece to the test connection.

e.

INSTALL black hose between spoolpiece and PAB exhaust duct.

f.

VERIFY shut depressurization spoolpiece valve.

g. SIIUT SA-16.
h. VERIFY SA-29 shut and capped.
