3.1 Locate the Volumetrics tester in an area which will limit personal exposure.
3.2 Do not allow liquids to enter the Volustics tester or damage may occur.
3.3 All liquids must be drained from piping subsystem prior to attaching the test rig.
i 3.4 During the test, the SI test line is removed from service. The SI pump control switches i
must be in the pull-out position, but one SI pump may be operable for reduced inventory operation or boration flow path. With the associated SI pump mini-recirc shut, a pump 4
discharge flow path must be established prior to manually starting the pump.

Ifpost-maintenance or operability testing of1SI-862B, 862H, or 864B is not required, then N/A all ofSection 6.0.
6.0 SEAT LEAKAGE TEST OF 1SI-862B. 862H AND 864B 6.1 When drainage ceases at ISI-D31, then shut ISI-862H and ISI-D31.
6.2 Open ISI-V21 as a vent path for ISI-862H.
6.3 When drainage ceases at ISI-D12, then reinstall the 1/2" pipe plug at the eductor 2" suction line tee and shut ISI-D12.
6.4 Attach SA to the test connection for IPI-933B and pressurize slightly
(<10 psig) to blow water downstream of ISI-860C&D out the ISI-D25 drain connection.
6.5 When drainage ceases at ISI-D25, then remove the SA connection from IPI-933B. Shut and cap the IPI-933B test connection.
OI 6.6 Attach the Volumetrics test rig to ISI-869B.
6.7 Shut ISI-D25.
6.8 Verify valve alignment per Dwg. B-IVLT-55P.
Pressurize the system to 65 j psig, then crack open ISI-D25 and verify 6.9 that there is no water on the seat ofISI-862B. Reshut ISI-D25 and cap.
6.10 Test the system per OI-58 and record data on the data sheet.

6.11 If total system leakage is >1500 scem, then quantify individual valve

6.11.1 To measure ISI-862B leakage, connect an Omega rotameter at ISI-D12 and record flow.

7.0 SEAT LEAKAGE TEST OF ISI-868B 7.1 Verify 1SI-868B is tagged shut for " Containment Closure."
NOTE:
Attaching to and opening 1SI-868D does not violate " Containment Closure "
7.2 Attach the Volumetrics test rig to the stem leak-off test connection of ISI-868B.
7.3 Open ISI-869B as a vent path.
7.4 Pressurize to 65 j psig.
7.5 Open ISI-868D and test per OI-58. Record test data on the data sheet.
7.6 When the test is complete, depressurize and disconnect the test rig.
7.7 Shut and red lock ISI-868D.

7.8 Cap or plug the ISI-868B stem leak off test connection.

7.9 Shut and cap ISI-869B.
8.0 RESTORATION OF SPRAY SYSTEM. TRAIN B NOTE:
CL-7B will beperformed as afinal venfication ofsystem alignment for cridcality.
l-8.1 Clear the ORT 60 red tag series and align the tagged components per the DSS.
8.2 Lock open ISI-868B. Lock No.
8.3 Fill and vent IP-14B. IfIP-14B can not be filled and vented at this time, i
then leave a turnover note with the DSS and DOS to fill and vent prior to operation of IP-14B.
