2.0 REFERENCES

O IR 96-006, NRC Inspection Repon; NRC Commitment for Operations procedures PMT/QC reviews.

3.0 PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS 3.1 The unit must be in a condition which does not require the purge system to be in operation. The purge supply and exhaust valves must remain shut during this test.

3.2 . Conditions which require the performance of TS-36 subsequent to IT-385:

{

3.2.1 When containment integrity is being established after a period ofpurge supply ,

and/or exhaust system operation, TS-36 shall be performed following the IT.

3.2.2 When containment integnty is established and T-ring pressure decreases to

<65 psig, TS-36 for the associated purge supply or exhaust valves shall be performed.

3.3 If RCS temperature is greater than 200 F, then only the check valves outside. containment, Sections 5.2and 5.3 should be performed.

The nonnally scheduled callup.

Post maintenance operability test for (equipment ID)

WO No(s).

Special test - no numbers Explain:

4.2 The purge valves are shut with instmment air being supplied to the valves and seals.

4.3 The T-ring supply air linejumpers are installed in accordance with OI-64A.

4.4 Obtain two calibrated test pressure gauges having a range of 0-150 or 0-200 psig with pressure increments no greater than 2 psi. Calibrate gauges for pressure range of 80 to 100 psig.

4.5 Permission to Perform Test The conditions required by this test are consistent with required plant conditions including equipment operability. Permission is granted to perform this test.
