l In accordance with 10-CFR 50.4 (iv), I have enclosed a copy of the Physical Security Plan dated February 28,1996. The security document has been updated to improve its clarity and utility. This document, sealed in a separate envelope labeled proprietary security information, is not intended for public disclosure as stipulated in 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1).
Please consider this communication a fulfillment of the 10 CFR 50.54 p (2) requirement to report changes in the Security Plan. Editorial changes made at this time have not reduced the effectiveness of the current plan. The analysis was conducted by a member of the CENTER operating staff and was independently reviewed by two members of our Reactor Safety Committee.
