NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-407/98-201
Dear Dr. Slaughter
A U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissioa (NRC) inspection was conducted from
January 12 to 16,1998, of your TRIGA reactor facility. The enclosed report represents
the results of that inspection.
No significant safety issues were identified. Two change requests are expected following
your evaluation and recommendation to the Reactor Safety Committee for approval
regarding Technical Specification Sections 4.3.3 and 5.4.
