Enclosed you will find a copy of the Annual Operating Report for the University of Utah TRIGA Reactor, License No. R-126, Docket No. 50-407, for the period 1 July 1990 through 30 June 1991. This report fulfills TRIGA Technical Specification (TTS) 6.10(5). liowever, ,
submission of this re x>rt also is technically a violation of TTS 6.10(5) because it is submitted after the 60 day dead. ine following the 30th of June. The reason for the delay was to allow for the Reactor Safety Committee, which convened on 18 September, to review and discuss the report in light of the significant facility modification that occurred with the implementation of the TRIGA Mark Ill control console acquired from the recently decommissioned University of California at Berkeley Research Reactor (BRR, License No R-101). The RSC has reviewed the report and apologize for the untimeliness ofits submission.
