Areas examined during the inspection involved your correct ce actions taken in  !

response to the findings discussed in NRC Inspection Reports 50-072/88-01 and  !

50-407/88-01, and the July 8,1988, Order and Notices of Violation and [

. Deviation (EA 88-64). During this inspection, your ability to safely restart ,

L the TR:GA reactor (R-126) was also reviewed (CAL 88-06). Within these

areas. the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and

representative records, intsrvlews with personnel, and observations by the NRC

( inspe: tors. The inspection fir. dings are documented in the enclo,ed inspection
