Enclosed is a revised version of the University of Utah Proposed Operator Requalification Program submitted for your staff review and evaluation. This revision responds to your letter dated 13 May 1991 regarding exemption of the Reactor Supervisor and Facility Director from the requirements regarding written examinations.
