Dear Mr. Mendonca:
The following is a notice of modification in the position of Reactor Administrator at the University of Utah TRIGA Research Reactor (facility docket no.50-047). Effective July 1,1995, David M. Slaughter, docket no. 55-70048, will be Reactor Administrator as well as Reactor Supervisor. This change is being made because I will be retiring on June 30, 1995. This modification conforms to ANSI 15.4 standards. Also, as you may know, vesting the responsibilities of Reactor Administrator and Supervisor in one person does not breach the normal conventions of small University Research Reactors.
Documents in our facility will be modified accordingly upon the effective date of this change. Thank you for your attention to this notice.
