Dear Dr. Slaughter:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 7 to Facility Operating License No. R-126 for the University of Utah research reactor. The amendment provides clarifications to the Technical Specifications in response to the submittal of November 2, 1998. A copy of the Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 7, is enclosed.
