Dear Marvin:
This letter is to inform you of changes in facility administrative personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Nuclear Engineering Laboratory's TRIGA (license No. R-126) nuclear reactor. Dr. David M. Slaughter has complied with all pertinent technical specifications and operating license requirements and will assume the responsibilities of Director of the Nuclear Engineering Laboratory beginning on July 1,1993. Dr. Gary M.
Sandquist, former Director of the Nuclear Engineering Laboratory, will retain his position as a member of the Reactor Safety Committee.
