Dear Marvin:
This letter is to inform you of changes in facility administrative personnel and membership of the Reactor Safety Conunittee which oversees operation and maintenance of the Nuclear Engineering Laboratory's TRIGA (license No. R-126) nuclear reactor. Dr. David M.
Slaughter has complied with all pertinent technical specifications and operating license requirements and will assume the responsibilities of Reactor Supervisor beginning on September 21,1992, in fulfilling his duties in this position, he has also beca installed as a member of the Reactor Safety Committee.
