Revised University of Utah R-126 Operator Requalification Program Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a revised version of the University of Utah Proposed Operator Requalification Program submitted for your staff review and evaluation. The revision is the result of a periodic review of the Program. The review revealed that the Program was incomplete and referenced outdated regulations.Therefore, changes include current references, closer adherence to the Code of Federal Regulations, and a more coherent fom1at.
Changes and modifications are so extensive that it would be useless to identify only those areas that are new. Major structural changes include replacing the Implementation section with an appendix and a new section, Operator Reinstatement, has been added.
