Additionally, the update reflects the removal of reference drawings which are controlled under the existing drawing control program. A safety evaluation concluded this will assure /jg the use of valid drawings with no impact on safety. j B

In addition, as pan of the annual SAR update process enclosed herewith is one (1) copy of Revision 8 to the Oyster Creek FHAR. The FHAR, Revision 8, reflects the methodology Q

used at Oyster Creek to meet 10CFR50, Appendix R. Revision of the document resulted j from changes to the facility, procedures, and new design information having been y incorporated since Revision 7, up through May 15,1995, as annotated by revision bars. g i
