'LCO 4.4.1 1) Deleted the time period for which the footnote to the action statement for Table 4.4-1 was to be effective. The footnote was added to the action statement so that the stated exception will be

.available whenever maintenance is necessary.

2) Inserted the requirement for reestablishing channel operability immediately following the action statements for Tables 4.4-1.through 4.4-4. This paragraph was deleted from its previous location on page 4.4-15,

3) Added statement to Note (f) for clarification.

4) Corrected typographical error. in Note (j).

5) Replaced FSAR reference Section with more applicable Section.

LC0 4.4.2 1) Corrected FSAR Amendment reference for Question 7.5.

LCO 4.4.5. 1) Modified specification to eliminate references to specific moisture monitors.

2) -Modified basis to reflect the specification change described above.
