Proposed Changes to LC0 4.6.1 of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications

REFERENCE:

Dear Mr. Berkow:

This letter is to propose changes to LCO 4.6.1, Auxiliary Electric System, of the Fort St. Vrain (FSV) Technical Specifications. These changes are administrative in nature and are primarily to bring about consistency in the electrical system nomenclature related to the 4160 VAC and 480 VAC buses. This proposed Technical Specification does not constitute a change to the requirements of LCO 4.6.1. Therefore, PSC requests this proposed Technical Specification be processed separately from the proposed changes to LC0 4.6.1 which are included as part of the Technical Specification upgrade Program (See reference above).

A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment 1, the changes themselves in Attachment 2, and an evaluation of Significant Hazards Consideration in Attachment 3.
