3.1 Bases Revise Bases for LC 3.1 Applicability, to reflect change in Activated Graphite Block definition.
The Bases provides the explanation for excluding defueling elements from the Activated Graphite Block definition.
SR 3.2.3 Revise Reactor Building HEPA filter leakage test acceptance criteria from less than 1 percent to less than 0.05 percent.
SR 3.2.3 Bases Revise Bases for Reactor Building HEPA filter leak test acceptance criteria to reflect a HEPA filterefficiency of 99 percent versus the current 95 percent.
