Dear Dr. Weiss:
This letter provides supplemental information to Public Service Company of Colorado's (PSC's) proposed amendment to Fort St.
Vrain (FSV)
Technical Specification LC0 4.2.15, submitted via the referenced letter. The LCO 4,2.15 page numbers in the previous submittal were different from the page numbers in the official NRC copy of the FSV Technical Specifications, due to-inadvertent differences in page-numbering that have occurred over the years.
The attached pages of the proposed LCO 4.2.15 have been re-numbered to be consistent with the official NRC Technical Specification-page numbers.
The re-numbered pages are intended to replace the LCO 4.2.15 pages previously provided, and wording on these pages has not been changed. PSC regrets any inconvenience that this page numbering difference may have caused.
