4) Chanc'd "becomes" to "become" for correct tense i ELCO 8.1.1.g)5).

Corrected punctuation in ELCO 8.1.1.g)7).

5) For consistency, changed " mrad" to "nillirad" in ELCO 8.1.1.h).
6) Clarify the instruments whose extended inoperability must be reporteo.
7) Change maximum allowable restoration time for on inoperable radiation monitor from thirty to 7 days.

8) Change the reporting requirement explaining the failure to restore ar inoperable radiation monitor in the maximum allowable time from the next semi-annual radioactive effluent report to a special report submitted within 14 days of the event.
