h ,a 25, 1000-PLANT SYSTEMS 3/4.7.14 AREA TEMPERATURE MONITORING LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.7.14 The temperature limit of each area shown in Table 3.7-6 shall r,ot be exceeded.

APPLICABILITY: Whenever the equipment in an affected area is required to be OPERABLE.

ACTION:

With one or more areas exceeding the temperature limit (s) shown in Table 3.7-6:

a. By less than 200F and ',r less than 8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br />, record the cumulative time and the amount by which the temperature in the affected area (s) exceededthelimit(s).
b. By less than 200F and for more than 8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br />, prepare and submit to the Commission within 30 days, pursuant to Specification 6.9.2, a Special Report that provi$s a record of the cumulative time and the amount by which the tungerature in the affected area (s) exceeded the limit (s) 'and an analysis to demonstrate the continued OPERABILITY of the affected equipment. The provisions of Specification 3.0.3 are not applicable.
c. With one or more areas exceeding the temperature limit (s) shown in Table 3.7-6 by more than 200F, prepare and submit a Special Report as required by ACTION b. above and within 4 hours4.62963e-5 days <br />0.00111 hours <br />6.613757e-6 weeks <br />1.522e-6 months <br /> either restore area (s) to within the temperature limit (s) or declare the equip-w in the affected area (s) inoperable.
