,74 Radiographic work on the Containment Building Liner F1' ate is not being doc accordance with the PSAR. Revision 3, Specifiention C-111 was issued on February 1 1974. This revision implemented the requirements of Amendment 23 to the PSAR. Ilow C-Ill, Revision 3 was withdrawn on February 12, 1974 and from that date on, work wa not being done in accordance with the PSAR. There is no question on the quality of work done since February 12, 1974 as the interim radiography requirements, which were reverted to, were previously approved for this work.
