Newman dated July 25, 1979, Houston Lighting & Power Company, as Project Manager of the South Texas Project on behalf of itself and the other Applicants, on Friday, August 31, forwarded a copy of the South Texas Project Final Safety Analysis Report (includ-ing all amendments through Amendment No. 7) and a copy of the ,

South Texas Project Environmental Report / Operating License Stage (including Amendments Nos. 1 and 2) to Mr. Bechhoefer at the Commission's Beunesda offices (Washington; D.C. 20555). On that same date like copies were forwarded to Dr. Lamb at 313 Woodhaven Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514.
