Dear Members of the Board:
Subsequent to Applicants' April 19, 1985 letter trans-mitting various documents to the Board and the parties pursuant to the Board's request in its February 26, 1905 Memorandum and Order (Memorandum and Order), two additional documents within the scope of the Board's request have been identified.
Those documents are (1)
Excerpts of notes of the July 27, 1981 STP Management Committee meeting by C. G. Thrash (typed and handwritten versions); and (2)
Excerpts of draft and final minutes of the September 12, 1981 meeting of STP participants (both dated September 22, 1981).

Dr. James C. Lamb, III Ernest E. Hill April 26, 1985 Page Two The referenced documents are attached, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
In addition, in Attachment B to Applicants' April 19 letter, seven documents within the scope of the Board's Memorandum and Order, but withheld pursuant to protective order in the Houston Lighting & Power Co., et al. v. Brown
& Root, Inc., et al., litigation were ffsted! ~ Applicants indicated, in EEaE letter, that they were applying to the court for authorization to release the protected documents.
On April 22, Applicants filed a motion with the court requesting that the documents be released.
The court has granted the motion and instructed Applicants to prepare an order for its signature and to obtain Brown & Root's con-currence with the text of the order.
Applicants are preparing that order and will provide the documents to the Board upon its execution.
Respectfully submitted,
