Enclosed for filing is Applicants' Reply to Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Submitted by the Other Parties

We have under preparation, a table of cross-references between the Applicants' proposed findings and those submitted by the other parties, which may provide assistance of the sort the Board mentioned at the hearing (Tr. 15379).
