I have reviewed the portion of the transcript of December 13, 1984 containing the oral argument.that I presented (pages 47-80).
In one instance (page 49), the transcript attributes my re-marks'to Chairman Edles.
In a number of other instances, the transcript erroneously reports some of my substantive arguments.
Although I recognize that the members of the Appeal Board
