Dear Mr. Chilk,
On December 11,-1989, I submitted a Motion to Modify and for a Protective Order in reference to the above-styled-matter.
Subsequent to the filing the NRC staff has voluntarily agreed to
. schedule / location changes; however, they have not resolved the issue-of the Protective Order.
Since the matters raised in my December 11, 1989,. pleading have been somewhat changed by the passage of time,- I.would like the opportunity to reply to the Staff's brief prior to consideration by the Commission.
